Lost in Space, a spatial research conference organised by University College London, bringing together architects, designers, neuroscientists and computer scientists to talk all things spatial.

My personal highlights were design researcher Regina Peldszus’ presentation on the design of space stations, and neuroscientist Freyja Olafsdottir on how we might be constructing future trajectories during sleep, implying our mobility is aided by hippocampal brain activity during periods of rest. Fascinating stuff bordering on sci-fi.
